These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Felmora Motive's website, digital products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Felmora Motive LLC, a Wyoming corporation, operates the Service. By purchasing or using our digital printable wall art posters, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Products Only

Felmora Motive sells high-resolution printable digital files (PDF, JPG at 300 DPI). No physical products or shipping are provided. All sales are final once download links are accessed, per our Delivery & Return Policy. Instant delivery occurs via email upon payment verification.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to:

Download and print files for personal, non-commercial use
Display prints in your personal residence or private spaces
Create one print per file for personal framing

Prohibited uses:

Commercial reproduction, resale, or distribution
Digital redistribution (sharing files, links, or screenshots)
Use in merchandise, advertising, or online display
Alteration beyond minor color correction for printing
License terminates upon misuse. Felmora Motive retains all copyrights.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate email and payment information
Use stable internet and compatible software (PDF reader, image viewer)
Report delivery issues within 24 hours
Comply with all applicable laws
Felmora Motive is not liable for customer printing errors, color variations, or technical issues.

Payment Terms

All sales require full payment via authorized processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Prices are final. No refunds except for non-delivery or defective files as outlined in our Delivery & Return Policy. You authorize recurring billing if subscribing. Chargebacks incur $25 fees plus recovery costs.

Account Termination

Felmora Motive may suspend or terminate accounts for:

License violations or copyright infringement
Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
Multiple refund abuse
Prohibited commercial use
Terminated users lose file access. No refunds for terminated accounts.

Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and code are owned by Felmora Motive LLC or licensed to us. Trademarks "Felmora Motive™" and product names are protected. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement.

Third-Party Platforms

Purchases via Shopify are subject to their terms plus these Terms. Platform policies may add restrictions. Felmora Motive fulfills digital delivery; platforms handle payments/disputes.

Limitation of Liability

Felmora Motive provides digital files "as is" without warranties. Maximum liability equals your purchase price. No consequential damages for printing failures, lost profits, or business interruption. Wyoming law governs.

Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming under American Arbitration Association rules. No class actions. You waive jury trial rights. Small claims court permitted under $10,000.

Governing Law

Wyoming, USA law applies without regard to conflict laws. Venue: Wyoming state or federal courts for non-arbitrated matters. Felmora Motive LLC operates from Wyoming jurisdiction.
