Digital Delivery

Download links are emailed immediately upon successful payment (within seconds to 5 minutes). Files remain accessible via your customer account dashboard indefinitely. Links expire after 30 days.

Delivery Guarantee

If you don't receive the email, check spam/junk folders first. Contact felmoramotive@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number. We'll resend via alternate email or account access. Felmora Motive verifies delivery through email logs before processing claims.

Return & Refund Eligibility

All sales are final once the download link is accessed or files are downloaded, as digital products cannot be returned. Refunds are available only in these cases:

Non-delivery (unaccessed link, reported within 24 hours)
Defective files (corrupted/wrong file, reported within 7 days with proof)
No refunds for change of mind, printing issues, color variations, or misuse.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing may add 3-5 days. Chargebacks bypass this policy and incur $25 fees.

EU Customers (Cooling-Off Period)

EU buyers have a 14-day withdrawal right before accessing downloads. Once accessed, this right expires per EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital content. We'll honor pre-access cancellations.
